Is this truly lifetime?
Yes. The Founding Plan is a one-time purchase for the listed feature scope. It provides monitoring access for the lifetime of the AlertsDown service while it operates as a commercial service.
Will I get all future premium features?
No. You keep the features listed in this Founding Plan. Future premium features, advanced enterprise integrations, or higher usage thresholds may require an upgrade or add-on packages.
Why is there a limit on SMS alerts?
SMS and WhatsApp delivery have per-message costs. The Founding Plan includes 10 SMS per month to EU numbers and 10 WhatsApp alerts per month. Email, Telegram, and Webhook alerts share the plan's 200-notification monthly allowance.
Can I increase limits later?
Yes. You can increase your limits later by switching to a standard recurring plan, or by purchasing usage credits (such as SMS credit packs) where offered.
Is there a refund policy?
Founding Plan purchases are final. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support so we can review the transaction.
Can I buy multiple Founding Plan accounts?
The plan is non-transferable and strictly tied to a single purchasing account. One Founding Plan per person or legal entity, please.
