4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services to monitor websites or APIs that you do not own or have permission to monitor
• Use our services for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services or related systems

5. Payments, Billing, and Delivery

Some features of our services require payment. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees shown at checkout. Paid access is a digital service delivered to your AlertsDown account after successful payment; no physical goods are shipped. Recurring plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. We reserve the right to change future prices with appropriate notice to you.

Cancellations, billing issues, and refund eligibility are described in our Refund Policy. Taxes may be calculated at checkout where applicable.

6. Service Availability

Monitoring results and notifications depend on network conditions and third-party services. AlertsDown does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and you remain responsible for maintaining appropriate operational and security controls for the systems you monitor.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of our services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
